(3) When you contact us by e-mail or a contact form, the information you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be saved by us to answer your questions. § 3 collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) In the case of merely informative use of the website, by not register or otherwise provide us with information, we will only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. (4) Registration & Online Booking

On our website, we offer users in context with the online booking the opportunity to register by providing personal information. The data is entered into an input mask and transmitted to us. The Company provides warranties under contract to ensure that appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to ensure that the processing complies with EU-GDPR and ensures the protection of the data subject’s rights. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place.

The registration serves the fulfillment of a contract of which the user is a party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures. The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b EU-GDPR.

Registration of the user is required for providing certain content and services on our website or for the performance of a contract.

The user has the possibility to create a customer account before or during a booking. The creation of a customer account facilitates the booking process for further bookings. Since the data saved by the user is already filled in the booking mask after log in. In addition, the user has the opportunity to call up his current bookings by registration via e-mail and password.

When making an online booking, the user is requested to provide his e-mail address, title, salutation, first name, last name and telephone number. The processing and storage of the data is necessary to process the booking and to clarify any queries regarding the booking.

The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of its collection is no longer valid. This is the case if the, during the registration process to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures, collected data is no longer necessary for the performance of the contract. Even after the conclusion of the contract, there may be a need to store personal data of the contracting party in order to comply with contractual or legal obligations.

You can cancel the registration at any time or change the data you have saved. Therefore send an e-mail to info@europa-hotel.com. If the data are necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or for the execution of pre-contractual measures, a premature deletion of the data is only possible, as far as contractual or legal obligations do not preclude a deletion.

(5) Online rating

Former guests can leave a review at our hotel after check-out. For this we would like to send you an email within 14 days of departure to ask you for a hotel review. If you did not feel comfortable in our hotel, we would like to take the opportunity to contact you.

If you submit an online rating, the data will be stored in the rating tool TrustYou GmbH, Agnes-Pockels-Bogen 1, D-80992 Munich, Germany. TrustYou GmbH has committed itself to the privacy-oriented handling of your transmitted data. It takes all organizational and technical measures to protect your data. If a former guest uses this possibility of an online evaluation, the data from the former guest is saved in the evaluation mask.

The legal basis for the processing the data is, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f EU-GDPR, the legitimate interest of the Europa Hotel. The purpose of the hotel review is to communicate and summarize the opinions of hotel guests through our website, so that interested parties can form their own image about our services. In addition, the results serve our internal quality management.
The data will not be deleted.

(6) GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”).
